REQUEST FOR QUOTE - 30th Anniversary Gala

Markham, Richmond Hill & Vaughan Chinese Business Association are searching for a marketing agency to assist us in planning our 30th-anniversary gala to celebrate MRVCBA achievements.

Gala Info: Saturday, September 30th, 2023, at Hilton Markham Suites.
- To celebrate our 30th Anniversary
- Inherit the past and usher in the future
- target attendees: 600 people

1. Establish a theme and overall branding for the event
2. Develop and implement marketing and promotions strategy for the gala (at least 2)
3. Design and produce event materials such as invitations, signage, programs, program book, and any possible visual designs
4. Propose and arrange the event’s performance
5. Prepare a rundown for the event
6. Coordinate and setup for the event (Floor management)
7. LED walls, sounding system, lighting system
8. Budget: $30,000 - $35,000


MRVCBA shall not be responsible for any costs incurred in preparing or submitting the proposal.  The proponent shall hold all information provided by MRVCBA, including this document, in the strictest confidence.  MRVCBA will consider all responses and, after careful review, with all its discretion, invite a short list of proponents to participate in the proposal process, including presenting their proposal to the MRVCBA 30th Anniversary Gala Committee team. The proposal presentation will be scheduled for the week of April 24.
